Asset Registry

OneSense onboard or attached RS485 adaptor hardware is used at the end-point to make the connection into the network for that tenancy as the initial step in adding the Asset to your operational control and view.

An Asset can be either a standalone device or a node including 3rd party RS485 standard protocol compliant equipment as the simple path to broaden the flexibility of the OneSense Open System design.

OneSense uses the SparkleAir branded hardware products with unique identification matched product to ensure the source and compliance of a product for configuration.  Contracted options are available to onboard legacy 3rd party Asset(s) as needed for Open System connection.

Identity of Assets as a device begins with naming the end-point device, identifying its location with optional operational and performance data that can be uploaded.  On connecting the device onto the tenancy setting, the telemetry configuration and the operational parameters for monitoring devices for example are easily applied.  An Asset ownership is limited to the tenancy making the initial configuration. Configuring the telemetry of the Asset provides a measure of multi-level assurance for uninterrupted connection and for viewable performance on the dashboard for that device. Any at location change for the device will break the secure link and trigger the device to activate an Alarm status.  Sensitive monitor sensors and ruggard application devices regularly need replacement which is carried out under supervisory control from the tenancy.

that makes sense !
