This opportunity is delivered by a License that is defined by what we call Angel License types - where a Licensee agrees to take a quantity of tenancies for which they are responsible to allocate to their Clients and make the selected Editions payments for the full quantity of the selected License each month.  These approved Licensees typically have strong industry knowledge and engineering for IoT and integrations with a chort of Clients to provide digital services. 

A Licensee Agreement is the pathway to having the leveraged capability for a multi-faceted role that needs to have equal strengths in the sales channel, having marketing resources to compliment the skill sets, and be willing to add OneSense as a core part of their successful business for growth.
